I have never been more disappointed with a company more than yours. I am disabled and on a very strick budget.
I had saved for some time to be able to go to Kansas and see my children and grandchildren.
I wasted two days trying to solve a book error. It ended with...
Also charged fir a flight change that had me flying out of Phoenix to Slc before my original flight had landed from Wichita to Phoenix in the amount of $ 33.98.
Please credit back to my card.
Total credit due back on card is $137.36
Also cause me to have to extend my rental car agreement in which cost me an additional 78.00. I feel this should be credited back to me as well.
Grand total due back 215.36
Along with several calls made where I was treated rude, hung up on and unable to correct the situation.
I spent over 5 hours on the phone and it is very frustrating due to taking time away from my family and the purpose of the trip causing issues and additional stress that unnecessary. I was also charge for two flights twice at 103I have never been more frustrated.

I wouldnt give this car rent company even one star. Hertz in Cleveland Hopkins airport is terrible.
I rented s car to pick on 02/03/2022 ay 9PM and when I arrived on time a lady was there and shouted at me and my cousin am sorry we are closed, I cant help you I cant help you then I told her that I rented a car and it was prepaid then at least cancel it for me or tell me what to do I need the car as I will travel the next day then again she said no I cant I cant we have to leave now due the snow storm I told her the storm already started the day before so thats not an issue now and she left without even replying back to me. I rented the car through Hotwire application, I tried to contact both hotwire and hertz but both of them didnt help even the customer service for hertz over the phone hanged up the call on me while I was speaking. I need someone responsible from Hertz to get back to me And tell me how would I get my money back. I don't recommend hotwire or hertz for car rentals.
They didnt even send an email for early closure.
However on their website for this destination they are supposed to close at 11PM. Moreover when I asked another company the guy told that they usually leave early and thats usual.

We arrived at our destination at 1:45 AM and were told we were going to be charged an extra $25 for checking in early even though we were leaving in the morning at the same time as everybody else? Also, this was not described anywhere when we made the reservation.
When I questione the extra charge, AJ Told me he would not be charging me the extra $25, instead he told me quite rudely that he would be charging me the full rate instead, in other words he told me that I could just leave. Even threaten to call the cops and I was being calm. I asked to see a supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor. I left went back into Hotwire signed up for another hotel because there were none available around and we got sent to the same hotel again!
I need refunded twice! And I am driving around Sarasota right now trying to find a hotel because if I go through you youre going to send me to him again!
Thats him, AJ.. so very very rude, I was shaking when I left.
