I would never do business with Hot Wire ever again! Worst experience of my life! The people were polite but they could not find my account through my phone number my reservation number or my email address! The cockroach hotel had it but your company couldn’t find it! I will never do business with your company! You are very unprofessional! By the way I spent over 3 hours trying to resolve the issue! Total incompetence on your end! Total waste of time! The hotel I booked was not even the same name on the building as advertised and had none of the amenities advertised! I am beyond angry! I will never use your company for my business either!!!!!

So frustrating waited to be transferred to the right channel for 30min then phone went off, called back and same thing for like 5 times, couldn’t get a place to sleep after I have book a hotel and gotten a confirmation number, getting to the hotel was told they were fully booked and hotwire couldn’t get me another hotel to sleep till10.40pm when I decided to call someone that I have to stay with because all Hotwire was telling was let me transfer you to appropriate agent or whatever. It’s so frustrating and annoying
