Hotwire - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THERE'S OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE!
Booked hotel #1, fell and broke two toes & two ribs hours later... Dr. said could not travel, hotwire said they needed "doctors excuse letter" on doctors letter head faxed to them which I did and 3 days later they said it's 'not doctors letter head' so it's not acceptable... I actually went to the doctors and had him write that so that is a lie.
During that time I booked another hotel through them only to find out after I got there it was $20 higher per day than what they would charge me themselves
currently been on hold for the third time over 25 min. to speak with a manager and of course they make you tell the entire story to underlings first that cannot do a thing

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of hotel booking and associated monetary loss in the amount of $400. Hotwire needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
